First of all, acquiring the certificate is not the end. Instead, it's the beginning of another journey. Which means, you will need to take more responsibility to make sure that every projects you are managing will be more successful and smoothly. To achieve this, you will need to continue learning and upgrade yourself, together with your knowledge and experiences. e.g. Agile is a good option for yourself. Also, MPI will ask you to complete 60 PDU within 3-year after you fetch the PMP certificate. They are also part of their plan to push you looking ahead and improving your knowledge of the management.
